Plan to Sail the Caribbean with KLENK-IEP
We have had a great interest and many bookings for our 2019 cruise. If you haven’t yet booked and you would like details on the cruise in general click here.  Look here to see the KLENK cruise program that is scheduled thus far.  If you are ready to book you can choose your cabin here. Remember that all bookings through KLENK are refundable before December 1, 2018.
We have received a number of questions which we have answered below.
Are meals and beverages included?
A cabin booking includes meals and snacks at an assortment of restaurants.  It also includes iced tea, hot tea, and coffee.  Click here to see the full variety of dining that Royal Caribbean offers.
There are additional charges for dining in specialty restaurants as well as for alcoholic beverages and sodas.  There are drink packages available which can be purchased after June 2.   It’s best to call the cruise line for prices.
What entertainment is included?
Royal Caribbean offers a vast amount of free entertainment on the ship.  We also will host an entertainment program organized by Märt Agu.  Shows will include his lively dance troupedressed in Estonian folk costumes as well as the venerable  Veronika Portsmuth and her Kooriakadeemia Concert Choir.  In addition to productions on board, both of these groups will give a gala performance on Friday evening, March 1 at St. Paul’s Church in Boca Raton. There will be a bus available to transport you to this event – click here to go to the bus information page and then pull-down menu at the bottom to reserve a spot on the bus to this event.
What onboard activities are available?
In addition to the many activities offered by Royal Caribbean   KLENK has numerous Estonian centric events planned including:
  • On four mornings we will provide yoga led by Enely Jääger a trained Yoga therapist from YOGA House in Tallinn.
  • On Sunday, our first full day at sea, we will host a cocktail party with complimentary drinks and hors-d’oeuvres the first hour and a cash bar the second.
  • Märt Agu will conduct a dance workshop like the one shown below.
  • We will have our famous sala kõrts  (speakeasy)  which is a great place to meet other Estonians.

Are there programs for children & teens?
Yes!  Royal Caribbean offers special programs and activities for kids from age 3 through 17.  In addition to these, there is a splash pool designed for kids, miniature golf, ping pong, a climbing wall, a sports court and more.  Cruise Critic has a site that details all that is available on theAdventure of the Seas.
Am I too old to cruise?
Is the ship accessible?
Cruises are a perfect way to travel for all ages!  If you would like to read about other seniors who have cruised, please click on this link for a cruise critic discussion board on “Hold old is too old?”
Ships pride themselves on being accessible. You can look here to read all about accessible features on Adventure of the Seas.
How will I meet other KLENK-IEP passengers?
Do you have to be Estonian to cruise with KLENK?
Are the programs in English or Estonian?
The KLENK information desk will be open every morning from 8-9 which, in addition to our other events, would be a good place to meet with other KLENK-IEP travelers.  The location of this will be listed in a program you will receive the day of boarding. KLENK-IEP passengers will be given a lanyard which will hold their room key and easily identify them as part of our group.  You should feel free to say hello or Tere!
To be part of our group sailing all we ask is an interest in Estonia or a relationship with an Estonian and a ticket!  We realize that everyone traveling does not speak Estonian or English so we do our best to provide all programs in both languages.
